  • Step 1

Pour the Ami's chai concentrate into a shallow dish or bowl. This will be used to dip the ladyfingers.

  • Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar together until the mixture becomes pale and fluffy.

Add the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.

  • Step 3

Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the chai concentrate, making sure not to soak them too long, as they can become too soft.

Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of your serving dish.

  • Step 4

Spread half of the mascarpone mixture evenly over the layer of ladyfingers.

Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers, then top with the remaining mascarpone mixture.

  • Step 5

Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to set.

  • Step 6

Just before serving, dust the top of the tiramisu with chai powder or cocoa powder.

Garnish with cinnamon sticks and cardamom seeds for an extra touch of flavor and presentation.
